We get it, life’s busy and always changing. That’s why we’ve made updating your mobility availability in the app easy. It keeps us in the loop about when you’re free to work, ensuring you only get alerts for shifts that match your schedule. It’s about making your work fit around your life, not the other way around.

Benefits of Keeping Your Availability Updated:
  • Avoid Unnecessary Calls/Emails: We’ll only contact you for shifts that align with your availability, reducing unwanted communication.
  • Balance Your Work-Life: Tailor your work schedule to fit around your personal commitments.
  • Better Job Matches: Increases the likelihood of getting shifts that are right for you.
Step-by-Step Guide to Set Your Availability:
  1. Access Your Profile: Open the app and navigate to the ‘Edit your profile’ section.
  2. Edit Availability: Select ‘Requirements & Availability’ to view and edit your current settings.
  3. Adjust Times: To change your available times, tap the start or end time and swipe up or down to adjust.
  4. Add More Times: If you have blocks of availability at different times of the day, click the green ‘Add’ icon to include these additional slots. Please note: When adding timeslots to the same day you won’t be able to save if they overlap. E.g. Sunday 10AM-2PM and Sunday 1PM-4PM.
  5. Remove Availability: If you need to remove a time slot, simply tap the bin icon next to it.

Remember, by staying on top of your availability, you’re in control of when and where you work. This easy step can make a big difference in managing your work-life balance effectively.
