A revolution in Australian home care

Backed by a large Australian digital and human services team, we’ve invested over 2 years of development to refine mobility into a platform that makes people’s lives easier. We drew on our tech skills and experience to build the platform and engaged subject matter experts in the Disability and Aged Care sectors to build Australia’s first enterprise home care app.

Mobility started out as a platform and
became a community

Once we started, we realised that what we were creating - and what was needed - wasn’t just an app. The app provides the platform to build a community of support workers, clients, participants, providers and organisations. It puts the power back in your hands.

Why did we get
involved?

Government funded health and home care programs are harder than they should be. Trying to administer a complex funding package with all its compliance can be a real burden for people already struggling with daily living.

Our mission is to provide the ultimate in Choice and Control for people with disability and the elderly, ensuring no one gets left behind.

Mobility became something that will change the home care industry forever

We had an idea and we knew we could create something that would make a big impact for those who need it most.

Mobility became massive in its vision. It got bigger and bigger as we sought to create something that would transform people’s lives, allowing ease and safety, choice and control.

And, we’re only just getting started … our plans for the coming years continue to use technology to improve people’s lives.

2 years in the making

Mobility was born with the ambition to make life easier for those in need.

To bring this to life we have tackled many challenges, including – enabling people to book supports with their Government funding without being out-of-pocket; ensuring support workers receive all their entitlements (no matter how they are engaged); and building quality and safeguard measures … all to provide a safe and transparent marketplace for everyone.

The result is a full service technology platform that has taken the blood, sweat and tears from a large team of dedicated Australians, motivated to find a better way to deliver home care.

Mobility is for everyone who needs support or who works in the support and home care sector – from registered providers, to employees, and independent contractors. Mobility offers a vital platform for the 90,000+ jobs that will be needed in the home care and community sector in the coming 10 years, accounting for 20% of new jobs across all sectors.
