Completing mandatory training is essential to continue working in aged care in Australia. You need to do this training if you work for Mobility or any aged care provider.
Mobility is using the ALIS (Aged Care Learning Information Solutions) platform to keep track of support worker progress.
What you need to do:
- Set up your account:

- Your User Name is your email address
- Create a password when prompted
- You should already be linked to the Mobility Organisation—no extra steps needed.
- Set up your Role:

- Go to ‘My Learning’ tab at the top → click ‘View More’ under your name → select ‘Care’ as your Role.
- There are many courses available to you, however you are only required to complete the the courses listed below. To access these courses, click ‘Catalogue’ in the top right corner and search for the relevant course; course links are also below. These will take several hours to complete, so please plan for this.

- Aged Care Code of Conduct
- SIRS Part 1: Introduction to Incident Management Systems
- Best Practice Feedback and Complaints Handling
- The Basics of Infection Prevention and Control for Aged Care
- Strengthened Quality Standard 1: The Individual
- Strengthened Quality Standard 2: The Organisation
- Strengthened Quality Standard 3: The Care and Services
- Strengthened Quality Standard 4: The Environment
- Strengthened Quality Standard 5: Clinical Care
