To help Australia meet the COVID-19 crisis, we are urgently launching a new Telehealth service via our app so that you can take Telehealth consultations from the convenience of your smart phone, wherever you are – whenever you want.

In response to COVID-19, the Federal Government is in the process of rolling out Stage 4 Telehealth, as a whole of population response.

Medical Practitioners will be authorised to use telehealth bulk billed item numbers for all patients, with or without COVID-19, to see any general practitioner, medical specialist, mental health or allied health professional during the COVID-19 health emergency.  Mobility is investing quickly and heavily in this telehealth feature to help all Australian’s access care during these volatile times.

We implore all Medical Practitioners with capacity to complete our online registration process now and you will be emailed an invitation to download the mobility app once the stage 4 telehealth whole of population response has been enacted.

Simply download our app and you will be assigned the next patient in the queue from our virtual waiting room. Using your smartphone, the app’s video conferencing functionality will automatically record the consultation duration and an automated report with the patient’s Medicare details will be sent to you for bulk billing purposes.
