Offer your allied health expertise including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, podiatry, dietetics and more — supporting participants to improve mobility, function and independence.

Deliver nursing services aligned to your qualifications, supporting participants with complex or ongoing health needs in the home or community.

Provide respectful, person centred assistance with daily personal care tasks such as showering, dressing and toileting.

Providing specific supports

At Mobility, we value your skills and prioritise safety. Some support tasks require additional training, certification or experience. If you’re qualified to provide these supports, we’ll ask you to upload the relevant evidence for verification.

These supports are optional, you don’t need them to work with Mobility, and many workers build rewarding, consistent work without providing them. Supports requiring additional qualifications or experience:

  • Epilepsy or seizure support: Relevant certification required
  • Catheter care: Registered nurses only (qualification required)
  • Bowel care: Registered nurses only (qualification required)
  • PEG feeding: Health Care Action Plan certification required
  • Mealtime management: Completion of mealtime planning training
  • Swallowing and nutrition: Health Care Action Plan certification required
  • Manual handling: Minimum two years’ experience and manual handling training
  • Diabetes management: Minimum two years’ experience
  • Behaviour support: Minimum two years’ experience

Getting paid, tax, super and insurance

Set your price

You choose your own rates and availability, giving you full control over when you work and what you earn.

Tax

As an independent contractor, you’re responsible for managing your own tax, with clear records available in the app to help you stay organised.

Superannuation

You manage your own superannuation arrangements, with the flexibility to contribute in a way that suits your financial goals.

Insurance coverage

Mobility provides insurance coverage while you’re delivering booked support through the platform, giving you confidence and peace of mind while you work.
