Transparency and peace of mind
Your safety comes first. Mobility’s built‑in safeguards — including care plans, shift notes and geo‑location tracking — provide clear visibility and reassurance, so you can feel confident and supported from day one.
Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), geo‑location tracking and shift notes give real‑time visibility of service delivery, including support worker arrival and departure times. In‑app incident reporting supports timely responses to health or safety concerns, while care plans and communication tools keep everyone informed and aligned.
Funding options
Support at Home for aged care participants
Use your Support at Home funding to book trusted support workers and allied health professionals, with clear pricing and full control over how and when support is delivered.
NDIS funding for disability participants
Access support using your NDIS funding, with flexible options to find and manage support workers that suit your goals, needs and schedule.
Self-funding option available
